Delete your StagePay cloud account

StagePay is operated by MostlyHarmless Labs. This page deletes your cloud account for StagePay: your Firebase sign-in and the data we store for you in Cloud Firestore under users/<your id> (for example synced invoices where you use Pro+ backup). Invoice and expense content that exists only on your phone is not erased from the device unless you uninstall the app or clear app storage yourself.

Steps

  1. Choose email & password or Google, matching how you sign in inside the app.
  2. Confirm you understand deletion cannot be undone.
  3. We remove your Firestore profile and synced subcollections, then delete your Firebase Authentication user.

Signed in with Apple, X (Twitter), or Facebook? This flow is optimised for email, password, and Google. If you use Apple or another provider, try Continue with Google when your account uses the same email, or contact support from your registered address for a manual deletion.
